• Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay
  • Primary Responsibilities include: Checking guests in/out of the hotel, making and modifying reservations, concierge duties, ensuring the reception/lobby area is well presented and maintained cleanliness, answering all calls, responding to emails and reviews, monitoring room inventory
  • Greet and welcome all guests that enters or leaves our lobby area
  • Handles all guest requests in a efficient, courteous, and timely manner
  • Maintain a knowledge about IHG hotels, the avid brand, IHG One Rewards program
  • Maintain a knowledge of nearby restaurants, shopping, transportation, entertainment
  • Establish and maintain good communication and team work with fellow associates and department heads
  • Have a knowledge and assist in emergency procedures as required
  • Fully comprehend and complete all training for IHG Merlin, OPERA PMS, KIPSU, QUORE, CLC LODGING, IHG CONCERTO
  • Handle Check-ins and Check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may include but is not limited to the following: helping coworkers and other departments as needed, keeping a clean and organized work area and overall cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel and grounds


  • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • Must work well in high pressure situations
  • Must be able to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, and identifying and solving problems necessary
  • Must be effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by coworkers and guests
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions
  • An operational knowledge of Microsoft Office. (OPERA PMS, IHG MERLIN, IHG CONCERTO is not required but preferred.
  • Must be willing and have the ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to stand for long periods of time and work 8-10 hours per shift


  • Pay: $14.00 per hour
